Indian Jewel

The Daniel Boone branch had an Indian Folk Dance competition on Friday night, and I figured the bright costumes and jewelry would make for a good portrait (it didn't hurt that a black back-drop was set up for the event). It took a few minutes to fully explain to mom and dad exactly what I wanted, and then to explain that it wasn't really for any particular purpose other than my own...technical growth? I gave them one of my cards if they wanted a copy of the picture, but have yet to hear from them. Oh well.

Anyways, mom was really helpful in getting her in just the pose I wanted. So I think this worked out well.

The title? Eh. I decided a 'Mysterious Ways' reference would have been too obvious.
