Boom!

Okay, I think this shot is the last in the unintentional theme of destruction (which is almost a good name for a band). Another shot from the derby a few weeks ago. I don't think this feller's name is Archibald, but it's written on his costume. And as far as I can tell, he's the mascot for the M-80s.

I had another shot where he actually posed for me, but I think this one turned out far more interesting.

Wrecking Bill

Another shot from the ARRG bout a couple weeks ago. Also, it seems to fit nicely with last week. From Demolition Dan to Wrecking Bill, I've got a weird little theme going here. Maybe a shot of Peter Gabriel next week?

I've had my eyes out for a biker for a long while now, but wasn't having much luck until I saw Bill out with his bike while I was standing in line. What you can't see in the picture is the built-in green light on the bike's bottom. Oh well. This shot does offer a nice look at the detailing on the bike handles and his really boss helmet, complete with spikes. So it evens out.

Blow It Up

I went to the ARRG bout on Saturday night, and while my shots of the bout itself were only so-so, I did get some nice shots of people before, during, and after to use. So I have a few of those to tide me over for awhile.

We'll start off with Demolition Dan, bench coach for the Stunt Devils. Sadly, his 'hawk was not as elaborate as I've seen it in the past, but I'm not really going to complain. Considering I had about 2 minutes tops to get this shot, I think it turned out pretty well. It's nice when people know exactly what facial expression works for the way they look.

Newly designed, updated, expanded and all that. It looks far better than it has in awhile, and I highly encourage everyone to stop by and let me know what you think. Then tell your friends, family, enemies, and that guy down the street you only see every once in awhile that if they need pictures, let me know!
